Welcome to our web site!
Welcome to the Park Rapids Tae Kwon Do web site. Park Rapids Tae
Kwon Do is owned and operated by 4th Degree Kukkiwon (World Tae
Kwon Do Federation) Certified Instructor Master Nick Bretz. Our
school has been in continuous operation since 2000. We strive to
provide for the whole person -- physical fitness, mental well
being and an overall quality of life through the art of Tae Kwon
Do, fellowship and working together as a team for the good of
our community.
Once again, welcome to our site, have a look around and please
come back often to see what we've been up to, what's happening
now and especially with Master Nick-- also a professional
magician-- what's up our sleeve! ;)

also demonstrate and instruct self defense in practical every day
situations we could experience in day to day life. Being aware and

answer any questions you might have about Tae Kwon Do and our school.

Thank you
for sharing in our 10th anniversary celebration!
The official 10th anniversary celebration of Park Rapids Tae
Kwon Do took place Saturday, April 10th from 11am to
2pm. Children and adults from all over the area joined Master
Nick Bretz in celebrating the landmark event. The Park
Rapids/ Saint Cloud demo team put on a terrific Tae Kwon Do
and Kumdo (the art of the sword) demonstration.
Attendees were able to try the various facets of Tae Kwon Do
hands on and the younger crowd was able to run an obstacle
course especially constructed for the anniversary event. Local
area law
enforcement was present to do child safety and identification
and lots more packed into the three hour event-- and
good concessions, the profit from which will go to the Park
Rapids Tae Kwon Do Scholarship fund.
Thank you to all those that were able to attend and celebrate
with us and thank you to those who extended their best wishes on
our ten years in the Park Rapids area.
