If you've never visited our school please do!  We are a half mile north of Wal-Mart (County 81) in Park Rapids.  Visitors are welcome anytime before, during and after class.  See schedule link for class times.  Master Nick Bretz, Head Instructor or any of our excellent Assistant Instructors can show you our facilities, a class in session  and can answer any questions you may have about the martial art of Tae Kwon Do, personal self defense or any others you may have.  Thank you for visiting our site!
