Welcome to the Park Rapids Tae Kwon Do web site. Park Rapids Tae Kwon Do is owned and operated by 4th Degree Kukkiwon (World Tae Kwon Do Federation) Certified Instructor Master Nick Bretz. Our school has been in continuous operation since 2000. We strive to provide for the whole person -- physical fitness, mental well being and an overall quality of life through the art of Tae Kwon Do, fellowship and working together as a team for the good of our community.

Food Drive Results

Feeding Our Community: Park Rapids Tae Kwon Do in conjunction with over 30 schools from Lee's Tae Kwon Do Association participated in an annual, one week food drive. Our local donations totaled over 100lbs! and in our combined effort, we donated over 3700 pounds of food to local food shelves.
