Birthdays, demonstrations and other events Master Nick is always looking for ways to be involved with the community. He can do TKD Birthday parties, various demonstrations and other events such as parades, health fairs, talent shows etc. If you have or know of an event and think it would be fun to do some TKD or have some awesome entertainment please let Master Nick know. He would be happy to help. If you have any other ideas in ways to get involved please feel free to share them with Master Nick via email, telephone or stop by the office before or after classes.
Greetings parents and students of PARK RAPIDS TAEKOWNDO, I am very excited to announce OFFICIALLY that we are now a branch school of the highly respected LEE'S TAEKWONDO ASSOCIATION. This will be a great thing for all of us and I am so honored to be able to be a part of a progressive and organized group of people. Feel free to go onto their website and see all the exciting things that WE will be able to participate in. Our acceptance was made official this weekend when I attended my first head instructors weekend seminar. I was so very impressed with how well the association is run and how open to ideas Grand Master Mike Lee is. I see great things on the horizon for all of us and am looking to all of you, my taekwondo family, to not only benefit from our new affiliation but for all of us to be an asset to Grand Master Mike and his association. There will be much communication from the head gym, and I will pass on all that I can so that we are all aware of the goings on in the association. There will be tournaments to go to, camps to attend, and many fun activities for us all. Look for lots of updates and news from our new head gym and Grand Master Mike Lee. Just a reminder that it is business as usual here in Park Rapids and our next testing is September 13th. I am looking forward to having great tests from all students as they have been working hard and lots of dedication has gone into their training. Our next scheduled Black Belt test will be sometime in December as will the next color belt testing. Grand Master Mike Lee is looking forward to meeting you all and is going to do our testing in December! We are so fortunate that he will take the time to come up and I am excited to show him how well prepared our students and school can be. More news on that as it gets closer.
